Easy Double Peanut Butter Cups
Our kid's love the Halloween treats we bake every year. These treats are so easy to make and so easy for even small kid's to help prepare. They are always a hit at our kid's Halloween party!
All you need is 2 ingredients and the mini-muffin baking pan!
Ingredients:
1 bag of mini chocolate peanut butter cups
1 roll of peanut butter cookie dough (store bought-refrigerator section, or use your own recipe-I like fresh crushed organic p.b.).
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using all your cookie dough, make 24-one inch cookie dough balls (or how ever many you need to fill your muffin pan).
Place and press each dough ball into each muffin tin with your thumb, leaving an empty hole in the center for the chocolate p.b. cup...do not press all the way through the bottom of the dough ball...see above photo.
Place and press one unwrapped chocolate peanut butter cup onto each dough ball, making sure most of the p.b. chocolate cup is inside the dough ball. Bake 8-10 min. at 375 degrees. That's all! You can do it!
